According to Article 28/4-d of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University’s Undergraduate Education, Examination, and Evaluation Regulations:
“Single Course Examination: Students who have only one course left to pass in order to graduate — even if they have not completed their compulsory internship — or those who have successfully completed all their courses but have a grade point average below 2.00 and therefore have not been able to graduate, may take a single course exam in any one course from their last four semesters. The application and examination dates for the single course exam are determined by the administrative board of the relevant department. Students in this situation must submit their applications by the specified deadline and, upon approval by the administrative board, may take the single course exam. Each student may exercise their right to take the single course exam only once.”

In this context:

• To apply for the 2024–2025 Spring Semester single course exam, please submit your petition (Click Here for Petition) to the Student Affairs Office of our Faculty by the end of the working day on Thursday, June 19, 2025.
• The Single Course Examination will be held on Monday, June 23, 2025.
