Mission and Vision

Vision
To become a distinguished and highly preferred faculty in Türkiye and around the world that conducts research within the framework of academic principles in the fields of Basic Islamic Sciences, Philosophy and Religious Studies, Islamic History and Arts, and Religious and Moral Education; produces original and universally valid knowledge; disseminates this knowledge to enhance the well-being of individuals and society as well as to contribute to our historical and cultural heritage; and interprets religious values in a way that meets the needs of the contemporary world.

Mission
To educate competent Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge teachers, religious officials, and theologians who are committed to contributing to the body of knowledge in religious studies by following national and international academic literature; who adopt the ideal of being beneficial to society and humanity as a life philosophy; who love their country, nation, and profession; who can think analytically, systematically, and critically; and who possess ethical and aesthetic values, along with strong faith, knowledge, enlightenment, and professional competence.
