On May 13, 2025, the Alumni Relations – Graduation Committee meeting was held under the chairmanship of our Vice Dean, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hikmetullah Ertaş. The meeting was attended by the Chair of the Graduation and Alumni Relations Committee, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nuran Çetin, and committee members Asst. Prof. Dr. Ufuk Dağlıoğlu, Research Assist. Dr. Yasemin Holoğlu Akdoğan, Research Assist. Dr. Ramazan Ögtem, Research Assist. Nilüfer Nur Uslu, Lecturer Mesut Muharrem Haydar, and Lecturer Sinan Sarı.

At the meeting, the first item discussed was the delegation of duties among committee members. Following that, preparations for the Graduation Ceremony to be held on May 27, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. were reviewed. It was decided that the ceremony would be carried out in coordination with the general program to be prepared by the BEUN Communication Directorate. It was also emphasized that committee members would take an active role in the planning and execution of the ceremony, particularly in ensuring the proper seating arrangement for students and guests, and in facilitating the overall smooth running of the event.
