On Sunday, October 19, 2025, the 74th Anniversary Program of Imam Hatip Schools was held at Prof. Dr. İlhan Varank Girls’ Anatolian Imam Hatip High School.

The event was attended by Selim Cerrah, Advisor to the Ministry of Youth and Sports and President of Cihannüma Association, as well as institution directors, political party representatives, NGO leaders, teachers, alumni, and students. Our Dean, Prof. Dr. Seyfullah Kara, and Vice Dean, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Halil Ortakcı, also participated in the program.

In his speech, Selim Cerrah emphasized the pioneering role of Imam Hatip Schools in Turkey’s spiritual, cultural, and moral development. Following his address, Dean Prof. Dr. Seyfullah Kara presented a plaque of appreciation to Selim Cerrah, Advisor to the Ministry of Youth and Sports and President of Cihannüma Association.
