The Exam Security Commission of our faculty held an important meeting on May 13, 2025. This meeting, which is of great significance for the academic functioning of our faculty, stood out for its evaluations and recommendations aimed at conducting exam processes in a more secure, transparent, and healthy manner.

The meeting was chaired by our Faculty Vice Dean, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hikmetullah Ertaş, and was attended by the Chair of the Exam Security Commission, Asst. Prof. Dr. Salih Erden, along with faculty members who are part of the commission.

Various issues related to exam security encountered during previous examinations were discussed in detail. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hikmetullah Ertaş made statements on increasing security measures during exams, implementing regulations to resolve problems faced by invigilators, and ensuring standardization in exam procedures.

Commission members also took the floor to share their observations, suggestions, and evaluations based on their experiences as invigilators. Specific problems encountered during exams, pre-exam preparation processes, and exam room arrangements were addressed in detail.

At the conclusion of the meeting, it was decided that the opinions and suggestions gathered would be compiled into a report and submitted to the Faculty Dean’s Office, and that necessary steps would be taken for implementation in upcoming examination periods.
